Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/01/2025

Since I sell products directly from the webshop as well as custom-made products on request, I have refund rules based on the type of product.

1. Webshop Products
For normal orders directly from the webshop, I will accept exchanges or returns, within 30 days from the purchase date. When the items are returned, a refund will be made. The shipping costs both-ways is for the customer. The product must be in original condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. 

2. Customer Products
All custom(ized) products and orders are final sales and cannot be returned and/or refunded.
